Rob Highett-Smith has been appointed as head of performance measurement at Fiftyfive5.

The announcement:

Performance measurement represents one of the three core offer areas at Fiftyfive5 with tracking programs running across 40 countries; representing our fastest growing capability pillar. Rob joins to lead this capability, which encompasses brand and comms tracking, multi market monitoring, CX and customer satisfaction, as well as other longitudinal programmatic work.

Rob has over 20 years’ experience in insights consulting on both the client and agency side, most recently having spent 11 years at GfK, the last 3 as General Manager consumer research, innovation and partnerships. Rob brings substantial experience and has unique knowledge in both technological tools and programmatic automation ensuring client insights are delivered effectively to impact strategic decisions.
